Cancellation Policy
Once ticket(s) are sold, all transactions are considered final, and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted, except for the cancellation of the event or a failure to deliver valid tickets.
This policy is crucial due to our status as a live marketplace for Event Tickets. Ticket holders are responsible for any property loss, destruction, or theft, as well as any potential risk of injury. Therefore, they will release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and employees from any liability that may arise thereafter.
If, for any reason, Bangla Boxing Stadium fails to provide the buyer with the tickets they purchased for an event, our sole obligation and liability will be to refund any payment made under the terms of this Agreement. It is important to note that we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time, should we deem it necessary. Our commitment is to provide the best service possible to our customers, and we will always strive to ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
